Even More 2011 Festival of Flowers

On Saturday, I returned for another round of the Festival of Flowers, accompanied by the Ellenburg Five. Another Great day...I really think I could have went every day happily.
I was there for recognition in the Photography Contest, where I placed in Best of Show. It was very exciting, and my head is larger now.

Madison loves the Flower show. She told everyone she smelled a million Flowers. That never got old.

These roses were my favorite thing in the entire show. English Roses, I've never seen anything like them before.

13/52 "Just for Fun"

For those of you who have gotten to know me over the years, you know my family is just everything to me. They are a constant source of entertainment, enthusiasim and inpiration. This week's Project 52 session was inspired for my Children's new passion for the Beatles - all stemming from a powerpoint presentation on North Carolina. Who knew the Beatles were such a big deal in the NC? Enjoy a few of my favorites from this great Sunday Afternoon in the Ellenburg Photography Fields. Sneak Peek 13/52 "Just for Fun"

A quick one for this week's challenge.

Magnolia Manor Bridal Show

Sunday's Bridal Show at Magnolia Manor was a great success. There were plenty of excited couples planning the start of thier lives together. There is no better high than being surrounded all that ooohey gooohey love. First up, My table looked fabulous. I was in a great spot right outside the house.

We featured a variety of Bridal favorites including, Engagment, Wedding & Trash the Dress shots. It was also a great place to talk about all neat technological advances we offer over our competition, like: All the Ellenburg Photography websites are Smart Phone Friendly & we're offering prints on the New Metallic paper.

I had a GREAT neighbor, Mobile Popcorn. I had no idea that Mobile Popcorn was more than just Popcorn. They had great table linens and this awesome Champagne Lollypop - very tasty! They make the Lollypops and everything. Mobile Popcorn is located on Montlimar - they were a very friendly group. Check them out at http://www.mobilepopcorn.com/

We were able to offer our new Brides "37 EAsy Free or Cheap ways to make your wedding totally "You" when they signed up for our mailing list. We added a lot of new Brides this week.

The Mosaic was another hit.

The first Bridal Gown show was from the ladies at The Timeless Bride - I always enjoy these ladies, not only are they friendly but they have the largest collection of vintage wedding dresses in the Gulfcoast all arranged by decade. You can't beat that kind of knowledge all in one shop. Styles of the 40's are back for dresses today. The Timeless Bride is located in Fairhope, Alabama. This dress was a favorite, look at the custom detail work on the veil and hem on this bride. Very nice.

The second Bridal show was from Bliss Bridal, also located in Fairhope Alabama. Visit them at http://www.blissbridal.com/

This was a "Beach" dress, no dragging hems. Very nice idea.

This was GREAT. For those of you Sex in the City fans, Bliss Bridal has Carrie's dress in all sizes. Love Love Love this.

This was a great show. No Rain and only a slight increase to my attractive tan. For those of you who came out to the show & for my bag making helpers, big Thank You! The entire day was a delight.
